Shipping information:
All packages will be shipped with USPS. Shipping times are estimated and may be be longer/shorter than expected. I will try my best to assist with shipping issues but once the package has been dropped at the post office it is mostly out of my hands. I do not accept returns for packages that have been marked as delivered by the postal service.
Made to Order Items:
Most of the items in my shop are made to order. These items will have a processing time of 2 weeks so they can be handmade. Around high volume times such as holidays the processing time will be 3 weeks so please shop in advance. This processing time is subject to change at any time. If you need an item by a certain date please notify me before placing your order. I reserve the right to refuse any order place for any reason.
As the items are all handmade and made to order they will not look exactly as pictured in listing photos. Item's color may differ slightly from photos due to lighting. Please take this into consideraton before placing your order.
